Fun, Active & Social Sports Sessions for Home Schooled Children
Sporting Chance welcomes you to our Home Ed Active Programme. Our friendly Coach Calum will support all children to be physically active and gain more confidence, while having the opportunity to play a variety of games and sports while meeting new friends.
About the Sessions
Our sessions will include a range of engaging sports such as:
- Invasion Games: Hockey, Tag rugby, Football, Basketball, Netball
- Strike and Field Games: Cricket, Rounders, Baseball, T-ball
- Team Building Games
- Athletics and Fitness: Running, Jumping, and Throwing events and Cardio / Strength based circuits
- Net, Court, and Wall Games: Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Dodgeball
All children attending must be supervised by their responsible adult(s) listed on the booking form unless otherwise agreed. There is plenty of parking onsite, a cafe, and all the necessary facilities to cater for your needs. There is also a charity shop if you fancy picking up a bargain!
More Information
We meet at Kingsmeadow@Madeforever Centre, Fisher Road, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 4RQ on Tuesday mornings during term time. Each week we run two different sports sessions:
1) 9:45-10:35 = First sport session
2) 10:45-11:35 = Second sport session
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time with appropriate clothing for outdoor sports sessions. This will include trainers, loose clothing, no jewellery, a light waterproof coat, any necessary medication, and a bottle of water.
In the event of severe weather, we would look to gain access to the indoor hall space.
How Much Does it Cost
Single session = £7.00 per child
Double session (9:45 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.) = £12.00 per child
Block booking discounts are also available when booking online!
Once you have signed up and paid, you are guaranteed a space. You do not have to wait to be told your child has a place, the online system automatically manages the volume of spaces available. You can choose to book a single session, both sessions or block bookings.
Payment can be made on the website (debit or credit card) or via bank transfer.
